Gifts are directed to our community programs — aging-at-home support, caregiver support, resource navigation, transportation and access coordination, and social connection.
Supports a wellness call package and printed resource guides for one community.
Helps cover transportation and access coordination for an older adult getting to appointments.
Supports a month of caregiver navigation for one family.
Helps one older adult stay safe at home through a full season of support — one fifth of our $10,000 campaign.
