Our services prioritize older adults and families facing barriers to community support.

Adults age 60+

Our primary population. Programs are tailored to the needs of older adults navigating retirement, independence, and aging in place.

Limited income or hardship

Individuals and families facing financial barriers to accessing the support they need.

Living alone or limited support

Older adults without nearby family or with a limited support network in their community.

Mobility limitations

Individuals whose mobility makes everyday tasks — including yard upkeep and resource access — difficult.

Caregiver strain

Family caregivers feeling the weight of responsibility and needing trusted support and respite.

Rural isolation

Residents of rural Minnesota communities where distance and limited services compound challenges.
